Cem Karsan just exposed the plan. The White House wants to pull government support from the economy, slow demand, and let the market sink before they step in with fresh stimulus. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent admitted as much, saying “we’re seeing the hangover from the excess spending in the Biden four years.” In other words? The crash is coming, and in 6-12 months, it’ll officially be Trump’s economy.

And here’s the real divide. Trump wants less government intervention— because the market has relied on it for too long. The inflation crisis wasn’t some fluke. It was the result of reckless, nonstop government spending propping up an economy that should have been forced to correct itself years ago.

So, what’s the plan? The government is pulling the plug on working-class support while doubling down on corporate handouts.

Cut government jobs

Slash Medicare and food assistance

Reduce housing aid

Then, at the same time:

Massive corporate tax cuts

Deregulation

IRS cuts

“Drill, baby, drill”

The issue? These cuts hit the real economy first. People feel the pain immediately, while supply-side benefits take time. So when deflationary pressure builds, they’ll step in with rate cuts, quantitative easing (QE), and fresh liquidity to “save” the market.

And Wall Street sees it coming. Rate cut expectations have jumped from one to three in 2025—the biggest shift since November. Treasury yields are sliding, economic data is deteriorating, and the Fed is already being forced to reconsider its stance.

Trump is right—this economy is addicted to intervention. The moment Washington steps back, everything starts to unravel.
