I guess the graphic has to be large enough to cause miles and miles and miles and miles and miles of scrolling in order to have the proper impact. One must go to the graphics properties decrease the X and Y values, conversely smaller graphics can be enlarged by increasing the X and Y values.

Daniela mentions the UCC in this report.

I sent Missouri Department of Revenue an Assignment of Account to pay the state income tax. They sent me the tax bill again.

I wrote back to them on their tax bill. "THE ASSIGNMENT OF ACCOUNT IS THE PATMENT OF THE TAX. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ZERO THE ACCOUNT. FAILURE TO ZERO THE ACCOUNT MAY LEAD TO A DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST THE DIRECTOR." A Default Judgment is Treble damages.

Then the tax bill disappeared.

In order to do something like this you MUST BE THE SECURED PARTY and have your own Security Agreement on file with the Secretary of State of your state of residence. ;)

I don't know how to do that.

You have to do it in the Embed Code before you post the video.

Basically, it is the height and width of the video. ;)
