So, Scott Bessent was a freshman in college in 1980?

1980 was my first year working on Illinois State Highways. My first year they put me on the Jew crew. We did a lot of miscellaneous jobs such as filing potholes and picking up 10-45's orc leaning and painting bridge bearings under the bridges.
