China's construction industry is plagued by local Communist party corrupion demanding so many bribes. The result is that they cut back on building materials resulting in flimsy buildings that blow away in strong winds. The Chinese call it Tofu construction. One Big Earthquake and everyone loses their investments. One Big Typhoon Ditto.

World average is 29.3%.
