Less than 100 days into President Donald Trump’s second term, and under the leadership of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a shift in vaccine oversight is already receiving scrutiny amid new research suggesting negative effectiveness from seasonal flu shots.

A recent study from the Cleveland Clinic has raised concerns over the current flu vaccine’s performance.

Conducted over a 25-week period and involving approximately 53,000 employees, the study found that vaccinated individuals were more likely to become infected with the flu than their unvaccinated peers.
