Yes, I did watch it.
The Russians are being forced to bring older tanks out of mothballs since their current losses have exceeded the ability of Russian industry to replace the newer tanks.
Have you seen the video of Putin briefing his military about taking out the U.S. Southern Command in Pensacola, the Norfolk Naval Base, and the Coast Guard station at Jacksonville, Florida? No link to that but I am sure you can find it in a search. ;)
