One potential method of arranging a "suicide" of someone could be the drug scopolamine. This drug, taken in high amounts, has the effect of turning someone into an obedient zombie while still retaining their motor & vocal abilities and surface cognizance. Once drugged, the person becomes very compliant and will do anything they are told, such as taking deadly pills or, I suspect, shooting themself in the head.

The drug is consumed orally, either mixed in a drink or placed in a cookie. I know someone who told me he accepted a treat while on a bus and "awoke" a couple days later in a park with all valuables stolen from him.

If you want to murder someone by making them fake a suicide with this drug, it's very possible.

Video is 12 years old, but still relevant. Certainly this could be how people are suicided.
