Boring and insipid. I bailed after 12 minutes of nothibg. Found this elsewhere. 4 foods that help boost mitochondria. (Also exercse and intermittent fasting)

1). Soybeans (Organic. GMO soy is toxic)

2). Cacao Beans

3). Resveratrol

4). Beets
