Jiver Alejandro Melo Dominguez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested in Mississippi after he allegedly sliced open a man's neck with a box cutter during a construction project.

Dominguez is being charged with attempted m*rder and is being held at DeSoto County Jail.

District Attorney Matthew Barton says he pursuing a "swift conviction" and then will "immediately turn him over to ICE" so he can be sent to an El Salvador Prison.
