It is plain to see that Russian industry is incapable of replacing all of the top-of-the-line tanks that have been lost since Putin's Special Military Operation started in 2022.
Plus, many military aged men are fleeing to Finland or Kazakhstan to escape the Russian draft.

The Russians are losing so much armor and other equipment that their industry cannot replace them fast enough. They have been forced to bring older Soviet era tanks out of mothballs as a fix and it is not just tanks they are losing. It is anti-aircraft batteries and cannons plus APCs. The Rusians are also short of men to do the work at the armories where the tanks are built. Do you think Rosie the Riveter might help them out? LOL

If they want to work they all need Social Security numbers. Once they start working they are part of the system and all have accounts created.
We all have those accounts but you need to be the Secured Party and have your own Security Agreement on file with the UCC Division of the Secretary of State of your state of residence. Then you can use an Assignment of Account to "pay" your federal and state income taxes.
I have mine on file in Missouri and sent Missouri Department of Revenue an Assignment of Account to pay the state income tax. They sent me the tax bill again.
I wrote back to them ON THEIR TAX BILL, "The Assignment of Account IS the payment of the tax. You are required to zero the account. Failure to zero the account may lead to a Default Judgment against the Director of Revenue."
Then the state tax bill disappeared.
