In a jaw-dropping interview on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures, House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) laid out a stunning prediction: if evidence proves Joe Biden had no knowledge of the executive orders being signed in his name via autopen, they could be completely invalidated in court.

Comer’s remarks come as the Oversight Committee closes in on five former top Biden aides suspected of orchestrating the use of the autopen—a signature machine that allows presidential documents to be signed without the president’s physical presence or direct involvement.

The American people deserve to know when this decline began, how far it progressed, and who was making critical decisions on his behalf. Key executive actions signed by autopen, such as sweeping pardons for the Biden Crime Family, must be examined considering President Biden’s diminished capacity.
