I’m sharing this on behalf of Dr. Michael Kirk Moore, a Utah physician and decorated Navy Flight Surgeon who now faces up to 35 years in federal prison—not for harming anyone, but for honoring his oath to protect them.

During COVID, parents came to Dr. Moore desperate. Their kids were being forced to choose between an experimental shot or being masked and isolated at school. Adults faced losing jobs, transplants, even their military careers.

With informed consent, Dr. Moore offered them saline. No harm. No profit. Just compassion.

For that, the federal government has tried to make an example of him. They’ve:

• Revoked his board certification

• Jailed him for 22 days

• Barred crucial testimony in court

• Blocked his right to a necessity defense

This is not justice. This is political persecution. Dr. Moore is a widowed father of two, who made free house calls during COVID and treated many who had nowhere else to turn. His “crime” was putting patient rights over federal mandates.

Now he needs us to stand up.
