Luis Francisco Soriano, a Dominican fugitive wanted for the slaughter of a family of four in NY last year, was finally arrested by US Marshals.
Soriano reportedly m*rdered a 2yo and 4yo child, along with their parents, before burning their home to the ground.

One time the cops picked him up and had him the the back seat asking questions. One oof them said, "Why don't you have a gun? We don't even come around here without guns."
Anyway, they kicked him out of the car in the wrong neighborhood. He has the pen gun (.32 short) in his shoes. He took it out and put it together and loaded it.
He was walking down the street and the Ricans were sitting on their front porches. They start to holler, "Hey whitey? What are you doing around here?"
One of them grabbed his arm and spun him around. He shot that guy and ran his ass off the get back to his car. He had been in the Army so running for him was easy. ;)
