For the past few years we’ve reported on the degree to which the voter rolls in California contain ineligible and non-citizen voters. Estimates are that up to one-fifth of the voters on California’s voter rolls are non-citizens. Sampling from the Election in 2024 indicated this was the case.

There are numerous other issues with California’s elections. Confirming Voter-IDs is not permitted, drop boxes are everywhere, ballot harvesting is rampant, questioning election workers is ignored, weeks of counting take place and now the state making it legal for non-citizens to oversee elections.
