We got into a discussion about the new Indiana cigarette tax raise. $2 more per pack, $20/carton (I usually get two cartons at a time). I told him that I wouldn't mind it so much if he was getting the money, but the gov't, not so much, which kind of surprised him, I think. He said his profits on tobacco is only about 7%, much less on gasoline, which is controlled by his petroleum broker and the Speedway station across the street.
If my mobility is better tomorrow, I might go to Kroger to stock up for my date with Doc this weekend.
I might have some exciting stories, but don't hold your breath.
I serviced the filters in the upstairs A/C, it's running a little hot up there.

Yeah, but technically she's an American by birthright, having been born in Arkansas. Surprisingly, our politics are quite closely aligned.
It's a moot point, she probably wouldn't want to be around a guy 15 years her senior, and Kimmy wouldn't approve of it, she's the jealous type.
She's still a bit miffed about me going to Angie's funeral with my ex- wife a few weeks ago. I should break out the Flowbee and get my hair 'high and tight' and get to the store for flowers and supplies for the weekend if I can get my sea legs under me.

Yeah. Unfortunately the injuries from 11 years ago have started a degeneration in my body that's not abating. I'm on borrowed time.
I don't trust the MDs and their prescriptions and injections, watched too many friends become crippled by standard treatments. I rely on aspirin and only get into the narcotics when the pain gets unbearable, usually at night.
