I had been at 125/65. I attribute this to a cayenne capsule at every meal, olive oil daily, Omega 3 oil twice daily. I was talking to my new pastor's son. He is 13. I did not want him to feel bad about not knowing as much as I do. So, I told him that I was a senior in college 60 years ago. He is entering 8th grade.
