I keep seeing videos of Americans in Tennessee and various places in the south being flooded for maybe the third time in the last few months. Tractor trailers floating down the flood waters with other vehicles and houses. I've no doubt the floods are all generated by weather weapons. They want most of us dead, remember the Deagel Report for 2025. wouldn't be surprised if they've bulldozed those places, or are going to, since we are all Gazans now. I read they are turning the properties from the Paradise Fires into "Smart Cities". I don't know if owners were compensated for any of this. It was October 1967, and Detroit was still smoldering. Just three months earlier, police had raided a celebration for returning Vietnam veterans, sparking five days of uprising that left 43 dead and 2,000 buildings destroyed. The 82nd Airborne had patrolled American streets with tanks and machine guns—the first federal military deployment against civilians since the Civil War.

While America reeled from seeing paratroopers occupying an American city, Pentagon planners were taking notes. Not on what went wrong—but on how to do it better next time.

Within months, they had a name for their new project: Operation Garden Plot. Because apparently, someone thought planning military occupation of American cities deserved a name that sounded like a community gardening initiative.

This wasn't a contingency plan gathering dust in some forgotten filing cabinet. This was an active, evolving blueprint for deploying the United States military against its own citizens. A blueprint that, disturbingly, reads less like history and more like today's headlines. They don't call it Garden Plot anymore. Now it's "civil support operations" or "domestic security assistance." The names changed; the playbook didn't.

The Marines and National Guard deployments were normalizing military presence in civilian spaces—exactly as Garden Plot intended. The operation succeeded not by preventing crime, but by making armed soldiers in American cities seem routine.

Florida's National Guard deployment represents Garden Plot's evolution. Deployed for "crime prevention"—not response, prevention—they've made military solutions to civilian problems standard operating procedure. The infrastructure Garden Plot built makes this feel normal, even necessary.

After decades of refinement, the Garden Plot template follows a predictable pattern:

Identify the Crisis: Crime statistics, civil unrest, natural disasters—any justification works

Deploy Military Assets: Always with reassuring language about "supporting" civilian authorities

Expand the Mission: Scope creep isn't accidental; it's architectural

Normalize the Presence: Make withdrawal politically impossible ("You want to remove safety measures?")

Institutionalize the Deployment: Create precedent for next time

Each cycle makes the next deployment easier, the public resistance weaker, the constitutional concerns quieter.

The Quiet Death of Posse Comitatus

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 was supposed to prevent what Garden Plot perfected—using the military as domestic law enforcement. But Garden Plot's genius was creating exceptions that swallowed the rule.

Through careful bureaucratic erosion:

"Supporting" civilian authorities became active policing

"Temporary" deployments became indefinite presence

"Emergency" responses became routine operations

"Limited" missions became expansive mandates

Garden Plot didn't repeal Posse Comitatus. It made it irrelevant through procedure.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the National Security Act of 1947. It allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

1950 Defense Production Act gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

Act of August 29, 1916 authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

International Emergency Economic Powers Act enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979. Where are these camps?...

"...There are other sites around the country, and they are literally popping up overnight. What is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation? A man-made or natural catastrophe? A major terrorist attack? An earthquake? A catastrophic financial collapse that would cause a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic? Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what's REALLY going on?

When first coming across this information, many go into a state of total denial. "How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn't hurt others in observing our freedom, we were left to ourselves." Ideally, that would be true. But the forces running this government are far from ideal. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"

Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn't find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn't have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions. Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from press conferences and from the public's ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.

Obviously those in NAZI Germany who were rounded up and killed didn't believe it could happen to them. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same thing here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Or are we just going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country until it's too late?"
