ADL Board Member Carl Perlman's grandson was Adam Ghadan, also known as Adam Perlman.
Adam used to dress up in costumes with a fake Arabic accent and appear on Fox News from his parents' basement in California ranting like a crazy person about “a new Islamic Khalifate which shall destroy the west”.
When his real identity was discovered, rather than being embarrassed he doubled down and insisted he had converted to Islam and was a spokesperson for Al Qaida.
A couple of years later he disappeared and the CIA claimed that he had been killed in a drone strike.
