But don’t let that be a scapegoat for propaganda. They dramatize “emergency” to mask the real aim: managing and slowing burgeoning Freedmen birth rates through neglect. The opening of OB deserts, Medicaid dependence, and scripted solutions aren’t about care—they’re tools of reproductive control.
