"Melt an Idiot's Face With [Pepper Spray]" is right. That stuff is nasty. I carry a 16 oz can in my car and have one in my house, and a 2 oz can in my pocket.

For somebody who can't breathe, she's doing a lot of screaming. Water doesn't work much on capsicum oleoresin (oil), you should use Sudecon wipes. They're like a giant Wet-Nap. You squeeze liquid in the wipe in your eyes and use the wipe on your skin.
