An AI system didn’t just design a new drug for pulmonary fibrosis; it first figured out which protein was causing the damage (TNIK), then designed a molecule to shut it down.
In a 12-week trial, patients on the highest dose gained almost 100 ml of lung capacity, something that’s never been achieved before with any other drug.
For a disease that usually only gets worse, that’s like hitting rewind on the damage.

She has a job but rent prices are so out of control in America and you need 2.5x the rent to qualify for an apartment, she has to live in her car
Illegal immigration and fake refugees have ruined America. Rental prices are out of control and wages have been pushed down for real Americans. This is what happens.

White House AI and Crypto Czar David Sacks blasted Democrat-controlled states, spearheaded by California, for pushing a wave of regulations that could force "woke AI" on the nation.
Speaking on the popular All-In podcast, Sacks discussed the frenzy of state-level AI legislation, noting that all 50 states have introduced AI bills in 2025, with over 1000 bills flooding state legislatures and 118 AI laws already passed."The red state proposals for AI in general have a lighter touch than the blue states," Sacks said. "But everyone just seems to be motivated by the imperative to do something on AI, even though no one's really sure what that something should be.” (They wany AI to only give liberal answers to questions)

With silver rallying strongly and rising more than 50% since the start of the year, a growing number of investors are starting to worry that a crash may be coming, similar to what happened after the major spikes in 1980 and 2011. (Nothing goes straight up. But silver and gold are both going up relative to the dollar.)
The FBI does not compile its own list of cases but hires researchers at Texas State University who use Google searches...
Three years ago, RealClearInvestigations reported that the FBI was undercounting the number of armed civilians who had thwarted active shooters by a factor of three.
Even though the FBI acknowledged the issue at the time, it never corrected the error involving the politically fraught issue. In the years since, the problem has only gotten worse. Since RCI’s 2022 article, the FBI has acknowledged just three additional incidents of armed good Samaritans stopping active shooters from 2022 to 2024, and none in the last two years. In contrast, the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC), which I head, has documented 78 such cases over that same period – a 26-fold difference. The discrepancy highlights systemic problems in the nation’s record-keeping regarding the politically potent issue of crime and safety. The refusal of many local jurisdictions, including Chicago, Maricopa County, Arizona, and New Orleans, to provide accurate crime data to the FBI has long made comparisons with many cities unreliable. The ongoing Justice Department investigation into whether Washington D.C. police falsified crime rates to create a “false illusion of safety” may provide more evidence to distrust the numbers that local authorities submit.
