A key witness to the assassination of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk has come forward with an explosive claim — that FBI agents under Kash Patel’s leadership ordered him to delete footage of the shooting just hours after he turned it over.

Ryne Simmons, who says he recorded the incident on his phone, told reporters he initially believed he was doing the right thing by cooperating. But instead of preserving his evidence, Simmons says agents instructed him to erase the primary evidence, allegedly claiming the video could “trigger PTSD.”

“They said it would be better for me mentally if I deleted it,” Simmons explained. “Then one of them called me later to confirm I’d actually done it. That’s when it started to feel wrong.”

The FBI’s official account of the shooting has already come under fire for major inconsistencies — conflicting timelines, missing surveillance angles, and unexplained witness silences.
