The video incorrectly states that the torpedo was nuclear ARMED. It was not, it was nuclear POWERED. It's that sort of inaccuracy that makes people like Trump think that Russia actually tested nuclear WEAPONS.

Russia has several weapons that are nuclear powered but can have either nuclear or conventional warheads.
