Well, no issues with posting lots of vids as a comment.  But that can be different from when posting articles...

Okay yes, posting lots of vids to articles makes it come out a little funky.  The composition box is not expanded enough to frame the video quite right.  Though when I press the return button it does expand, pushing the "Submit" button down.  I've got a (new) 43" monitor and the submit button is always visible, but I can see how it may happen with a smaller monitor that the submit button could be hidden under one of the video tags.  The main issue being the composition box is not being visually enlarged enough to hold the videos.  

The comment side doesn't have that problem, at least on my system.  I'll try to catch that on my next round of updates.  In the mean time, if you don't see the submit button, pressing the enter button may/should expand the composition box to make the button visible at the bottom of the screen.  I do see it get pushed down when I do that.
