Matt Gaetz exposes F-35 fighter, less than 40% are mission capable.

(But it is way worse than an F-16. The F-35 is not stealthy on Iranian and Russian radar. So it is slow moving. By contrast, pilots live the F-22 Raptor which the US will not even give to Israel.)
