I take a cayenne capsule with every meal. I also get capsaicin with my mild Kimchi. I just ate a sandwich made with 5 sprouted grains. I added olive oil and organic potato starch. I also added broccoli sprouts and kimchi. I followed that up with 3 soft boiled eggs. And followed that up with an avocado and some organic cherry tomatoes. I also took a cayenne capsule. And Omega 2 in the form of algae oil which does not go rancid unlike fish oil.

New GAO report says there is a $285 billion repair backlog behind toxic conditions in housing and facilities across the country

A new Government Accountability Office (GAO) report finds that the maintenance backlog for military installations has ballooned to more than $285 billion — leaving many facilities in disrepair, while risking readiness and service members’ quality of life.
This figure is a jump up from 2022, when the maintenance backlog was about $137 billion. But the backlog continues to grow, because the services only request about 80% of the funds they need for installation repairs and maintenance.
“By requesting less funding for installation maintenance and improvement projects than its models and experts recommend, DOD has chosen to accept some degree of risk that mission or quality of life will be negatively affected,” the report, released Friday, found.
Indeed, service members face a range of issues at the facilities where they work and live. Barracks at Naval Station Norfolk, for example, have had suspected mold since 2023. But the installation office declined requests to test the growth observed there “due to the cost of testing and potential remediation.”

“By observing the propagation of radio waves, we can create an image of the surroundings and of persons who are present,” says Professor Thorsten Strufe from KASTEL, KIT’s Institute of Information Security and Dependability. “This works similar to a normal camera, the difference being that in our case, radio waves instead of light waves are used for the recognition,” explains the cybersecurity expert.
Because the technique analyzes radio waves moving through a space, a person does not need to have a phone, smartwatch, or other WiFi enabled device with them. “Thus, it does not matter whether you carry a WiFi device on you or not.”
Even turning off your own device would not necessarily prevent the system from working. “It’s sufficient that other WiFi devices in your surroundings are active.”
