That title threw me at first. I thought someone was advocating for horses at home. LOL.
My ex-wife would've loved coming home to her horseys everyday.
The city and my neighbors might've had something to say about that.
She had several over the years, one at a time. She'd drag me to the stables on holidays to see my 'child.'
She was involved in equestrian stuff, jumping over things, whatever. She must've been good at it, had a bunch of ribbons.

My sister sent me a picture of one of her friends on it. Looked like a meth-head.

Tell her to:

1) Give up wheat, potatoes and rice. They turn into sugar in the bloodstream. They all have a high Glycemic Index.
2) Eat red lentils for starch resistance. Soak red lentils for 20 minutes, cook for 20 minutes. But you have to refrigerate them for overnight. I do enough for 3 days at one time. Store them in glass bottles.
3) Before every meal, sprinkle Bob's Red Mill organic potato starch on something you will eat first. Then pour extra virgin olive oil over the 
starch powder. Only 2 good brands in the US of olive oil are Terra Delyssa at Walmart or Kirkland's at Costco.

Dr Horse lost 44 pounds over 6 months and 10 pounds over the previous 3 months before I figured everything out.
