I won't tell you anything about it here... just let me know off the top of your head what you thought the Free State Project was before you saw this post.  Am curious to see what the public perceptions are.

I heard of it years ago.

What I think will happen is that we will have a massive societal breakwon when we have Nationwide Food Riots. People in rural communities could survive.
All American cities will be gone.

SSIV will be the cause of death of 30 milion plus Americans, billions worldwide.

SSIV stands for Starvation and Starvation Induced Suicide.

New Hampshire just became the first state in 100 years to allow unregulated power sharing and power grid creation.... i.e. neighborhoods can set up their own grids as long as they don't plug it into the main grid without permission...  so hopefully this will make the place more resilent against SSIV..

More than heard of it.  I remember it.  Somewhat ambitious but not so out of the realm of possibility.

So, before reading this thread, did you have a sense that it was a thing in the past, or ongoing, and did you have a sense of the extent to which it had failed or succceded?

I saw parts of a few the shows episodes I was usually out in the woods or down at the river fishing sometimes I'd pack a lunch, in the late summer early fall I'd hit the fruit trees and raspberry canes maybe cook a bird or a fish. I wasn't much for making it home when the street lights came on as there were no roads where I hung out more often than not with the dog I grew up with, she would jump up and snatch a mine tootsie roll (3 for a penny) from my teeth, it was the only trick I taught her. She would run down cottontails.

the temp here got down to 59 this morning rain all day for the most part, a little over an inch today over a 10-hour time span. it's the best case with the ground so dry for so long heavier rains would have all run off. if the soak goes too deep too fast the clay will swell and start breaking water mains.

there is a low spot at the curb next to my driveway that collects water. 25 years or more ago we were in a drought when the house up the road had the watermain break so I have all water collecting in the low spot. I couldn't see the water going to waste, got out a sump pump and irrigated my front lawn had 25 feet of discharge hose and slipped in a 10-foot piece of 11/4 thin wall tube to extend my reach. I got the yard in the front 80% watered before the cidiots got pipe patch installed. about 15 years ago the water main broke at the edge of the driveway, they didn't do a real good job back filling

5.56 is way too hot for urban enviros.
I wanted Tommy to build me an AR X-M177 with the moderator like the old days.
He probably thought I was a fed trying to entrap him after 20 years on 4um and disappeared from St. Paul.
Maybe he just hated Somalis, and it wasn't me at all.

I have a Colt 9mm AR-15, but it'd be a lot handier with a 11-12" barrel.
Select fire would be nice too on the nine.

Call me Tommy.

changed the camera cards today the three bucks still have their antlers, one pregnant doe with a yearling I picked up it's birth on camera. not sure if it is the one sporting buttons. common to see most all of them together. this time they came out about two hours after we left from the last card change. we lay down corn and dry cat food. no hogs or bob cats or coyote this time. now that I mention it I still haven't picked up any big foots or chupacabra either

I'm still pretty high and tight...

Unfortunately, I'm a grower, not a shower.

The nurses in the ER a couple months ago were fighting who got to hold my dicq when I had to pee in the bottle when my legs were paralyzed.

I'm not good looking anymore, but gals like me for some reason.
