IT HAS BEGUN

Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009

It has already started....

“Ammunition Accountability Legislation”

Remember how Obama said that he wasn't going to take your guns? Well, it seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammo!

The bill that is being pushed in 18 states requires ALL AMMUNITION to be encoded by the manufacturer, a data base of all ammunition sales. So, they will know how much you buy and what calibers.

Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded.

Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. (Including hand loaded ammo.)

They will also charge a ....05 CENT TAX ON EVERY ROUND so every box of ammo you buy will go up at least $2.50 or more!

If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your gun!

This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama , Arizona , California , Connecticut , Hawaii , Illinois , Indiana , Kentucky , Maryland , Mississippi , Missouri , New Jersey , New York , Pennsylvania , Rhode Island , South Carolina , Tennessee , and Washington ..

Send to your friends in these states AND fight to dissolve this BILL!!

To find more about the anti-gun group that is sponsoring this legislation and the specific legislation for each state, go to:

~ perhaps time to get creative then ... I'm sure there's a few who know how folks can use up all their ammo before that day?

You mean the bill that won't pass?

I prat it happens. Nothing will unite the 70 million gun owners quicker than this bill. If Obama signs this, He's gone in '12 and so are the signatories.

In that case, we should hope that it passes.

I do want it to pass. Then sit back and watch millions of light bulbs go off in the tiny minds of the Confused Ones. When you think back to '94, guns were core of the removal of the nest of Ds that had lived in DC for decades. They were replaces with crap on a stick, but replaced they were. I expect the exact same backlash if this passes.

If this were to become law, any true patriot should obligingly send their ammunition to the appropriate authority.

I wonder how states can pass laws that regulate manufacturer of ammo which is then sold across state borders. Seems this would definitely fall under fed jurisdiction and be outside of any state authority.

Obviously freedoms are going to hell, but this alarm doesn't sound credible to me.

I don't find any legislation like this in California even though it is on the list.

My bow and arrow requires no ammunition. Just arrows which I can make myself if needed. Very quiet as well. Just as deadly as a gun, and in skilled hands, just as accurate.

The government has no business in keeping track of your ammunition unless they are afraid of you. They must be afraid. They should be afraid. :)

You are aware, I'm sure, that they are nothing if not persistent.

They will try again, and again, and again, until it either passes and is signed into law, or until they are forcibly "removed" from power.

I say let it pass. The sheeple need a good solid kick to the balls. They will either have to come down to our side of the fence, or the other side. Until that day happens we wont know who is loyal and who isn't.

That's right. And the 2009 legislative session has ended in Indiana -- except for the fact that they failed to pass a budget. So they will be called back soon to work on a budget.

They are trying though. California tried to pass a limit on ammunition and disallow out of state purchases.

That is true and has been for decades. Still, there is no law limiting the purchase of ammunition to millions of Americans nor is one coming in the month of June.

What you see is a pile of reactionary red-necks, ghetto boys and wet-back street bangers hoarding what little ammo there was ever to buy in the retail stores. It is no wonder the government wants to limit supplies with this crowd, they only train by drinking and shooting beer cans and busting bottles while fucking up the city, county and state parks.

Yeah, they should be able to vote. Most felonies are for minor crimes anyway, like drug possession or petty theft like shoplifting. If the elite want to stop us from voting all they have do is say we broke some law and we are all felons now. Not that our votes count anyway, but it is the principle of the thing. No one should be taxed without representation. That is real slavery.
