It's quite sad, actually, because the late McCainism on proud display at the 4um leaves the impression of a bunch of half-witted, hateful losers well... showing themselves as half-witted losers for the world to see and throw up. Yes, I know, 'it makes no difference', 'it's all the same', 'it's 'them' who do these terrible things to poor 'us'' which, dear losers, it's just loser B.S. Last night, I watched some of the losers abandoning all decency and competing to say the more vile things about Obama's dead grandmother - that's where the 'world throwing up when noticing you' part comes from. You should be quite proud of yourself and make sure that you keep congratulating each other for your brilliant wits and moral fibers because no one else will. Just to clarify. I am not saying that everyone who posts at this site is a despicable loser. The despicable losers may, in fact, be a small minority but, as far as I can see, they are the ones who are squealing and screaming and, possibly, keeping other decent persons away from this site. For the record, I find Christine as a most decent person, even if she doesn't always agree with me and there are others with whom I don't always agree but who are decent. Personally, I have no problems with disagreements but I also understand that no human (like myself) can have a meaningful dialogue or debate with pigs or chimps or McCain lovers (like the current frequent squealers) who claim that they are not McCain lovers. It would be great if some of them could evolve and improve.

Well, they are counting the votes in Guam which went Boosh two to one on 2004, Barack Obama is winning there, big. It is a good omen. I predict the pundits call it Obama when the MidWest polls close at around 8 PM back there time.
A lot of mixed race people resent one side or the other of their families. It's their way of overdoing it in identifying with the other (usually "minority") side. Which makes you wonder how much BHO really mourned his grandmother's death. Probably not much, but getting all choked up talking about it can win votes.

Christine, I stated that I believe that the majority of this site's contributors are not terrible or despicable people. This is the quote: "Just to clarify. What I observed was the the despicable few tend to be a little bit hyper-active and they leave the impression that almost everyone who is a 4um fan is a terrible person, which is not true. It also happens that some of the more sensitive, decent or non-despicable contributors pack their bags, leaving the terrible ones behind. You know that this is happening. No? Contributors like these managed to destroy the once interesting site that LibertyForum was and turned LibertyPost into the joke that it appears to be today.

Vast... I no longer post to you because you have done your share of chasing people away, and that goes way back to Ron Paul. Endless carping about Paul losing got tiresome to many people, especially when you offered nothing constructive for the 4um. Not a thing did you offer, just as now. Read your post above. Childish at the best. Since I have been here you have never offered anything to support 4um, not a thing. Endless childish attacking gets tiresome and boring, people leave.
My friend, I don't B.S. So, here are some names that come to mind, and I didn't try very hard. Robin who left because she couldn't stand YOU. Aristides who didn't find it worth mingling with the squealers. Dr. Penguinite who, I believe, shows up every now and then but not as often as he used to. These are the 3 that came to mind. There may be others. Are you happy now? Oh, just to clarify: I don't exactly agree with Robin's or Aristide's views. I probably agree with Pinguinite's a lot even though he was in the camp that thought that Ron Paul should have used some clever maneuvering to hijack the GOP nomination. But, all of the above are decent people and they understand that there is a difference between strongly disagreeing with someone and attempting to attack the opponent rather than debate over the disagreement.

Vast has no point. It was clear long ago that Vast was a closet queen. I cannot recall ever reading anything original nor profound from Vast that ever elicited any interest. Some former Ron Paul supporters turned out to be closet leftists and now support Obama. Others turned out to be closet neocons and now support McCain. And the difference is what? Freeperville vs. DU? Screw them both - Ron Paul had the good sense and integrity to refuse to endorse either candidate instead of pulling a Buchanan and backing the neocon in the race, or a Paul Craig Roberts and backing the liberal.

You seem to be inferring or suggesting that I ban and/or censor certain "contributors." Below is my free speech policy. Any and all are welcomed to exercise their right to freedom of association or non association. It is time for me to address the issue of "free speech" on Freedom4um. My free speech means that I have 100% control over what I say and everyone else has 0% control over what I say. Now, I understand that there are consequences to exercising my right to free speech, but I still retain 100% control. Free speech means that I have a right to express or spew thoughts and words of preference, love, hate, or anything with which another may disagree. That said, the rules or policies of this forum, which is my private property (see this forum's Mission Statement), are that members can exercise free speech as long as they (1) do not make a specific threat against an identifiable person or target, (2) earnestly debate or discuss the relevant issues that are part and parcel of this forum's reason-to-be. Let me remind you that these are rules for this forum and, as such, do not necessarily apply off of this forum, as public laws should, in most cases, be even less restrictive than private property rules and regulations. Again, free speech on this forum means that people can express their love or hatred for anyone, any group, any race, any culture, or any thing, as long as they adhere to the two contingencies listed above. I never suggested that you banned anyone. I believe I stated that some just... left and that's a fact. It happens and it's natural. I, myself, haven't visited LibertyPost or LibertyForum in many months. I wasn't banned, I simply lost interest. Does it seem that you are encouraging some of the more feeble-minded or bad- mannered who don't know better than 'debate' by personally attacking those they disagree with? I am afraid that it does seem to be the case. This is the way I see it and I am doing nothing but express my view on the topic.

The choice between McCain and Obama is effectively a choice between Kristol and Sharpton for President. That's the long and short of it.

Obama is a lot more intelligent and better read than Sharpton. McCain, on the other hand, is an intellectual midget. A semi-senile and semi-insane one. The interesting thing about Obama's candidacy is that he owes next to nothing to either the black activist-extortionists (Sharpton, Jackson) and VERY little to the Clintons who didn't really campaign for him. He is going to be quite debt-free when he takes office and, hopefully, his natural decency will take over.

Yes, my recollections are different. Robin became enthralled with the political left, and when Obama became the nominee, her white guilt oozed out of her pores like maple syrup in Maine. Like any good street organizer, she then used our PM function, and her moderator status, to notify people of a new - more pleasant - forum she was creating. I'm sure you were invited. Once Neil had built it on the sneak, she launched it and thankfully its been nothing more than a poor man's version of DU since. All this all on christine's dime, BTW. Speaking of which, how much have you contributed to keep 4um's lights on? Don't bother answering, I already know.....
That would be called a pleasant posting experience.
As you recall, she left because she felt she was forced to hear the BS coming from the likes of you and others after the 'bozo' option was disabled or restricted. And, yes, she did let me know about her forum which I did visit a few times. I did not contribute to the 4um because of a superstition. I was banned from the FR soon after I made my first contribution and my posting privileges were removed from LP after I made my first contribution there. I did consider supporting Christine but things (the way I saw them) started to deteriorate at that time and, right now, I would not find it appropriate to contribute. For the record, I did make contributions to Obama's campaign.
