Title: Was the 4um Hijacked by the McCain's Losers? I think So

It's quite sad, actually, because the late McCainism on proud display at the 4um leaves the impression of a bunch of half-witted, hateful losers well... showing themselves as half-witted losers for the world to see and throw up.

Yes, I know, 'it makes no difference', 'it's all the same', 'it's 'them' who do these terrible things to poor 'us'' which, dear losers, it's just loser B.S. Last night, I watched some of the losers abandoning all decency and competing to say the more vile things about Obama's dead grandmother - that's where the 'world throwing up when noticing you' part comes from. You should be quite proud of yourself and make sure that you keep congratulating each other for your brilliant wits and moral fibers because no one else will.

Just to clarify. I am not saying that everyone who posts at this site is a despicable loser. The despicable losers may, in fact, be a small minority but, as far as I can see, they are the ones who are squealing and screaming and, possibly, keeping other decent persons away from this site. For the record, I find Christine as a most decent person, even if she doesn't always agree with me and there are others with whom I don't always agree but who are decent. Personally, I have no problems with disagreements but I also understand that no human (like myself) can have a meaningful dialogue or debate with pigs or chimps or McCain lovers (like the current frequent squealers) who claim that they are not McCain lovers. It would be great if some of them could evolve and improve.

How about everyone who contributed on the Obama's dead grandmother thread last night except for myself, you (I believe that your contribution was not indecent) and Christine?

Are you happy now?

Let me say it again: everyone who wrote vile and indecent things on that thread is a despicable, McCain-loving loser.

How about everyone who contributed on the Obama's dead grandmother thread

People who gloat about the death of Obama's grandmother are despicable. But you know what's even more despicable? Obama cashing in on his grandmother's death to score some cheap political points in a stump speech. It's an especially cheap show of emotion when you consider how Obama basically disowned the white side of his family as a youth in order to show his black pals how "cool" he was.

So you consider yourself a polite, objective, decent "winner?"

How odd considering the countless times have I read your emotionally bent, wildly derisive posts on threads about Palin and McCain and their families.

Fyi, I did not post a message to the thread about Obama's grandmother but that does not mean I want to be associated or aligned with your self-described "winning" debate tactics.

For the record, I never took the initiative to personally attack anyone posting at this site but I frequently respond in kind when someone attempts to do that to me, because it's fun.

On the politicians, it is true that I intensely despise Bush, McCain, Palin... I ALWAYS did. In fact, I quit the GOB BECAUSE of Bush. I don't believe I said anything bad about McCain's or Palin's family but I might have said bad things about Bush's wife, when she inserted herself into the political process. I did state that Palin looked 'reptilian' and I called McCain many times "insane", "stupid", "demented", or "senile". However, I never said anything about McCain's old mother or W's mother.

Was that the thread where you knocked her for the RNC's clothing budget she used for herself and clothing her Down's baby and pregnant teen?

Or was it the thread where you attacked Palin for campaigning in PA on flimsy issues like disabled children and anti-partial birth abortion?

Or was it the thread about troopergate where you called Palin reptilian?

I'm so confused about the number of times you used innuendo and vile attacks on Palin.

Btw, do you know that yesterday Palin has been officially cleared of any wrong doing with regards to troopergate - not that you will post the news - it's much better to leave the smear partisan investigation from a few weeks to be allowed to stand as the "official" word. Your associating yourself with decent and winning debate is a hoot, I must say.

I haven't bothered to use the search function to read what you said on threads about McCain's wife and children on the RNC Convention threads. I was not active on 4um for a couple of months but I suspect you had some "vile" things to post on that occasion.

further, your continuing to paint anyone who is not an obama supporter/worshipper as a mccain supporter/lover is guileful. the majority of 4um's members are against both. you know that.

If we all were just a little more cynical about the means and motives of those in power (as Americans used to be), we wouldn't have the Federal slavery system over us. And, one more thing. I am not making a secret that I believe that Obama is the clear good selection this time BECAUSE McCain and his handlers MUST be stopped and BECAUSE, while leaning left, he appears to be a normal, intelligent, decent person. I am not hiding behind that boring 'they're all desame' bromide.

I just got back from voting. At the door, there were the '2 parties' people, one offering candy and the other doughnuts. The guy with candy managed to slip one into my hand. "Is this supposed to be good for me?" I asked - you should have seen his face, while the doughnuts guy from the other party looked like he was going to have a heart attack, laughing.

For the record, I reported them both to the people inside and I gave my candy to one of the poll workers who stated that she was going to ingest the evidence at lunch.

Besides Obama, I wrote in my little girl for the House (the 2 idiots running are accusing each other of either doing business with drug dealers or beating up little children), my 2 boys for attorney general and state comptroller and one of my dogs for I don't remember what other job. Oh, and Ms. AVRWC for... I forgot what. I also voted down some proposal to borrow a few trillion dollars so that 'they' could build some trash-compacting facility - what exactly are they doing with the tax money they're taking from us? I love these machines because it's so easy to do write-ins.

Alas, you make false accusations...again...this morning. A "decent" poster would have posted an article today about Palin being officially cleared of all wrong doing, to correct what was posted previously. But there you go - kicking dust on the issue. So much for the decency that you claim to possess.

The commission had 3 members and Palin only appointed 1 of the 3 to the commission. So it was indeed "independent" unlike the partisan group that smeared Palin a few weeks back - and even that partisan board c ould not find Palin guilty of anything criminal, they just included innuendo and inflammatory verbiage.

"Alaska issues new ‘troopergate' report, exonerating Palin" 11/04/08

"The board is set up in state law as an independent agency to hear complaints of violations of state ethics law brought against executive branch employees. Members are appointed by the governor, though Palin had a role in appointing only one of the three current members."

Such a stunt; such a typical whitey.

uh..both of those comments were in reference to obama's 'throwing grandma under the bus' when he referred to her as a typical white woman and admitted (in his book) to trying to distance himself from his white half.

Patagonia? The Mariana Trench would be better.

What pisses me off about this election is that no matter who wins, one group of people that I despise will be happy. If Obama wins, the scum over at DU will be ecstatic. If McCain wins, the mental retardates at Free Republic will be celebrating. I guess my only consolation is that one camp or the other will be unhappy with one of the outcomes.

Ossetia where or what?

Before the neocons drummed up propaganda on the issue, how many people in America honestly gave a damn about whether Ossetia was part of Georgia or Russia, or were even aware of its existence?

As for the Wall Street jump, firms like Goldman Sachs own both candidates and can count on their support for future bailouts. When Bush, Nancy and Barney walked hand in hand to dole out the trillion dollars, Obama and McCain were right behind them. Whoever is elected, Goldman Sachs will be the real winner.

A lot of mixed race people resent one side or the other of their families. It's their way of overdoing it in identifying with the other (usually "minority") side. Which makes you wonder how much BHO really mourned his grandmother's death. Probably not much, but getting all choked up talking about it can win votes.

Liberals Attacking Palins Children

Published on August 31, 2008 By Island Dog In Democrat

This is coming from the same people who accuse the GOP of being "liars" and "smear merchants".

From Newsbusters:

As I reported earlier, the scurrilous claim that McCain vice presidential pick Governor Sarah Palin faked her pregnancy with a Down's Syndrome child is beginning to spread among the lowest of the nutrooters. Now, the unhinged, smear site DemocraticUnderground.com has boosted this lie to their front pages. Naturally, since these hate sites feed into each other, the spurious source of the DU story is another DailyKos story like the one I earlier reported upon.

Pile this on top of the low blow from TV's Alan Colmes who claims that Palin didn't practice proper prenatal care before she had the baby with Down's Syndrome, blaming the Mother for her disabled child. Well, the lefties don't know a low road they won't take. (Colmes' site has crashed right now, but this is the address if it ever comes back: http://www.alan.com/2008/08/30/did-palin- take-proper-pre-natal-care/)

Liberals really know how to lose elections.

i just reread the comments on that thread. no one cheered the death of obama's grandmother. what was expressed was suspicion and cynicism about the timing and circumstances of her passing.

further, your continuing to paint anyone who is not an obama supporter/worshipper as a mccain supporter/lover is guileful. the majority of 4um's members are against both. you know that.

What do you expect from a deep cover lying commie traitor ? ? ?

Christine, I stated that I believe that the majority of this site's contributors are not terrible or despicable people. This is the quote:

"Just to clarify. I am not saying that everyone who posts at this site is a despicable loser. The despicable losers may, in fact, be a small minority but, as far as I can see, they are the ones who are squealing and screaming and, possibly, keeping other decent persons away from this site."

What I observed was the the despicable few tend to be a little bit hyper-active and they leave the impression that almost everyone who is a 4um fan is a terrible person, which is not true. It also happens that some of the more sensitive, decent or non-despicable contributors pack their bags, leaving the terrible ones behind. You know that this is happening. No? Contributors like these managed to destroy the once interesting site that LibertyForum was and turned LibertyPost into the joke that it appears to be today.

Robin who left because she couldn't stand YOU. Aristides who didn't find it worth mingling with the squealers. Dr. Penguinite who, I believe, shows up every now and then but not as often as he used to. These are the 3 that came to mind. There may be others.

Are you happy now?

Oh, just to clarify: I don't exactly agree with Robin's or Aristide's views. I probably agree with Pinguinite's a lot even though he was in the camp that thought that Ron Paul should have used some clever maneuvering to hijack the GOP nomination. But, all of the above are decent people and they understand that there is a difference between strongly disagreeing with someone and attempting to attack the opponent rather than debate over the disagreement.

Some former Ron Paul supporters turned out to be closet leftists and now support Obama.

Others turned out to be closet neocons and now support McCain.

And the difference is what? Freeperville vs. DU? Screw them both - Ron Paul had the good sense and integrity to refuse to endorse either candidate instead of pulling a Buchanan and backing the neocon in the race, or a Paul Craig Roberts and backing the liberal.

You seem to be inferring or suggesting that I ban and/or censor certain "contributors." Below is my free speech policy. Any and all are welcomed to exercise their right to freedom of association or non association.

Free Speech on Freedom4um

It is time for me to address the issue of "free speech" on Freedom4um. My free speech means that I have 100% control over what I say and everyone else has 0% control over what I say. Now, I understand that there are consequences to exercising my right to free speech, but I still retain 100% control.

Free speech means that I have a right to express or spew thoughts and words of preference, love, hate, or anything with which another may disagree. That said, the rules or policies of this forum, which is my private property (see this forum's Mission Statement), are that members can exercise free speech as long as they (1) do not make a specific threat against an identifiable person or target, (2) earnestly debate or discuss the relevant issues that are part and parcel of this forum's reason-to-be. Let me remind you that these are rules for this forum and, as such, do not necessarily apply off of this forum, as public laws should, in most cases, be even less restrictive than private property rules and regulations.

Again, free speech on this forum means that people can express their love or hatred for anyone, any group, any race, any culture, or any thing, as long as they adhere to the two contingencies listed above. Everyone else on this forum is similarly at liberty to exercise their free speech right to challenge, debate, argue, or agree with the ideas and speech of another.

We will not censor speech as we abhor political correctness and authoritarianism as well as those thought-control and speech-control tyrants who would restrict another's speech. Any limitation on thought and speech constitutes the first level of the destruction of all remaining rights. Afterall, the framers of the Constitution believed that free speech was the most fundamental right to be protected which was the reason that they placed it FIRST in the Bill of Rights.

I do not say this lightly, but anyone who cannot handle the content of another's speech may not be suitable for this forum. Such a person may be better suited for a forum whose moderators control and steer the forum's ideas and speech in a given direction.

Does it seem that you are encouraging some of the more feeble-minded or bad- mannered who don't know better than 'debate' by personally attacking those they disagree with? I am afraid that it does seem to be the case. This is the way I see it and I am doing nothing but express my view on the topic.

All true, but McCain and Palin are creations of PNAC. Like I told Flintlock, when I look at McCain and Palin, I see their puppetmasters, Lieberman and Kristol. That's the reality of a McCain presidency, just like the reality of an Obama presidency is Reverend Wright and Al Sharpton.

The choice between McCain and Obama is effectively a choice between Kristol and Sharpton for President. That's the long and short of it.

They LEFT because their politics suddenly swung to the LEFT. This after years, and years and years of pretending to be constitutionalists and freedom lovers. This after some were fed - literally - by some of us, when they were down on their luck. Our thanks was a smack in the face but we've come to expect that from the NEOLEFT. That they left and are LEFT is a tribute to the MSM, political correctness and white guilt. That you voted for a man who will place your kids into Marxist slavery is your problem, not mine. I'll be long gone by then, having gone knowing I did my best and fought when called.

Obama is a lot more intelligent and better read than Sharpton. McCain, on the other hand, is an intellectual midget. A semi-senile and semi-insane one.

The interesting thing about Obama's candidacy is that he owes next to nothing to either the black activist-extortionists (Sharpton, Jackson) and VERY little to the Clintons who didn't really campaign for him. He is going to be quite debt-free when he takes office and, hopefully, his natural decency will take over.

How true. I posted at the peoples republic of China or Peoples Forum or whatever they call it. I would get emails from Robin telling me what to say in my responses to people. Regularly. Really weird.

I believe that Robin felt that she couldn't tolerate what she viewed as the extremely racist tone of the commentary at this site and because she was personally attacked and insulted when she expressed her disagreement with that. Are your recollections different?

Yes, my recollections are different. Robin became enthralled with the political left, and when Obama became the nominee, her white guilt oozed out of her pores like maple syrup in Maine. Like any good street organizer, she then used our PM function, and her moderator status, to notify people of a new - more pleasant - forum she was creating. I'm sure you were invited. Once Neil had built it on the sneak, she launched it and thankfully its been nothing more than a poor man's version of DU since. All this all on christine's dime, BTW. Speaking of which, how much have you contributed to keep 4um's lights on? Don't bother answering, I already know.....

As you recall, she left because she felt she was forced to hear the BS coming from the likes of you and others after the 'bozo' option was disabled or restricted.

And, yes, she did let me know about her forum which I did visit a few times.

I did not contribute to the 4um because of a superstition. I was banned from the FR soon after I made my first contribution and my posting privileges were removed from LP after I made my first contribution there. I did consider supporting Christine but things (the way I saw them) started to deteriorate at that time and, right now, I would not find it appropriate to contribute.

For the record, I did make contributions to Obama's campaign.

A moderator can't moderate if they have 15(+/-) people on bozo. She should have resigned if she was uncomfortable, but instead she stayed and used the 4um to launch her place. That you were invited on the hush, by PM, makes my case.

Also, it was learned, one of her harpies, an attorney and failed forum owner himself, used numerous sock puppets to jack up the bozo count on anyone who didn't lean left. It's funny how she felt no outrage over this, nor did she bothered to moderate his actions. He now resides at the Collective.

So you haven't contribute to 4um because of a superstition?

robin wasn't forced to do anything. i tried a compromise in an attempt to please those for and against the bozo function by reducing the number from 20 to 10. that was unacceptable to robin, but the truth is, she had been growing increasingly unhappy here and had been planning her own forum which, btw, despite her being a 4um moderator, i only learned about after it was open for business.

Robin now has her own forum and tells people what to say. ROFLMAO! BOZO wasn't big enough, she wants to control all sides of the conversation and dictate what others can and can't see.

Now Christine, Vast attempts as another poster around here has, to turn his problem and hers into a referendum on you and the freedoms this forum protect, by mistating the facts and showing extreme disrespect to you personally. If Vast has a little bitty problem, he should address it in a PM with you, but he doesn't get the attention he needs nor does it produce the desired effect from his caterwauling.

I wonder if Vast is actually Robin begging to come back.

This is how she chose to end things; she turned to the hard political left and enlisted other fellow travelers to run up bozo counts on people who she disagreed with. It was an attempt to demoralize folks she targeted. You are living proof. As christine mentioned, the first bozo remedy that was cobbled together wasn't the last. It's now unlimited and invisible. But again, it was her hard left political swing that caused her to leave, not a bozo limit.

It does, if you're looking at it from the standpoint of buying oneself more time to prepare for the country going down the tubes. Under McLame we are at least assured of a status quo on the 2nd and get to keep more of our money.

An enema would do wonders for him.

Yeah, along with a big truck load of Ex-Lax.

But Dems will want the credit for shamnesty. As the Hispanic voter block demands their share over those that have waited lo these many decades for 'their turn', the heat will be on both House and Congress.

It is kinda hard for me to figure out where and why illegal aliens should expect any "turn" beyond a turn back in the direction from whence they came with stern warnings not to return without the right documents. That is the only "turn" they should be given.

Sad and tragic for this country and Americans.

We were given no one to vote for that cared for America.

Well, thank you kindly. I do try to help the less fortunate and I know that older folks who still don't know any better than to vote for a guy who throws other people's money at bankers is "less fortunate" if you know what I mean.

The sugar alone
kamikazee madness.

A half and half
wine spritzer
with extra ice

and I'm happy.

And chips.

That's all I need.
