He might lose by less if he cuts loose with a pardon. He won't, this is Donnell's way of retiring in 2021.

I am withholding judgement at this point. There is a deeper game afoot. The intel agencies are dying to get their hands on Assange but Trump is at war with the corrupt intel agencies. Getting interesting.

The game now is: Who gets to squeeze Assange for what bits of juicy information? And whose ox gets gored once all those bits are squared up inside neatly edited paragraphs in some prosecutor's indictment?

The end game is not here not yet. It's still out there just over the horizon. You can almost see it with a pair of binoc's.
