The first rule of Facebook is don’t talk about anyone Mark Zuckerberg doesn’t like, or you’ll be banned by Facebook.

That isn’t a joke. It’s literally their new policy.

Mr. President, we need action.

Notes: @ 3:37, revoke legal immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Act ; Facebook no longer acts as a
Platform. It acts as a Publisher - regulate as a political actor ; @ 5:20, ACLU: Once a business decides to advertise its
services to the public at large, it gives up the perogative to pick and choose which customers to serve - even when that
commercial service involves some form of speech or expression.

House Judiciary Committee Hearing, April 9, 2019. Remarks by Congressman McClintock:

Transcription @ 3:28, "Today, a great deal of public discourse is conducted on social media. On major platforms like
Google and Facebook that are here today, we've granted them legal immunity from the content of their platforms under
the assumption that they're merely providing a Public Square and that those who use it should be held accountable for
their own statements. This is appropriate as long as these platforms are not practicing any form of censorship or
favoritism other than, of course, censoring explicit incitement to violence. We're discovering, however, they're indeed
practising censorship and political favoritism. This is their right as private corporations but, once they begin to practice
censorship and political favoritism, they cease to be neutral platforms and, instead, become Publishers who are
responsible for their content and subject to action for incitement or defamation. So my question to the internet
platforms represented here today is: I don't think you can be both. You can't be a neutral platform and, at the same
time, excercising editorial control over content. So the question, very simply, is: Which are you? Are you a neutral
forum or are you an editorial publication responsible for your content? Mr. Potts [re: Facebook]? Ms. Walden [re:
YouTube]? Which is it?"

It has become abundantly clear that the corporations own and run the U.S. Government. Even the USG is a corporation itself.

Now you know the reason why this is happening. ;)
