This sounds like double talk to me.

I used to work with a guy who was forced to quit his job because of Obamacare. If he did not quit his job he could not get his meds.

I saw him at a local store. I asked if he knew that Obamacare had been defunded?

He said he did. Then I asked if he was planning on returning to work? He said, "No." ;)
