Doll collector Brick Dollbanger fears violent repercussions if robotics are not regulated properly

He believes a simple "coding error" could turn AI girlfriends against their owners if they are equipped with free will.

Brick, who has closed ties with manufacturers Realbotix and Abyss, told Daily Star Online: "It scares me to death, it's a machine and it's always going to be a machine.

Sex robots with ‘full AI’ hit market capable of 'replacing human intimacy'

If you've watched the movies, Ex-Machina, because I honestly believe synthetics are going to look very similar to that movie.

"It's not going to be something you can hit with a pipe and it's going to fall apart.

"I've always said, when a synthetic can support itself, that synthetic is going to be much stronger than a normal human.

"It's going to be more durable, instead of having bones it's going to have high impact, plastic or aluminium frame, it's going to be very strong, and it won't get tired, it won't stop unless it runs out of an energy supply.

"Unless you can stop it with some kind of projectile, like a gun or something like that, if this thing got out of control it could do some serious damage."

He added: "One line of bad code, as simple as that, one line of bad code.

"If you make one mistake and you have a line of bad code in there and it hits this line of bad code, depending on what it's doing or where it's at or numerous other instances, it could just decide this is what it's supposed to do.

"I's been programmed, and more than likely it's going to be answering to a cloud server of some kind to get updated to have any kind of work done on AI itself, it will have to link to the server.

"And it wouldn't stop until those things occurred. Put it this way it can put its arm around your neck and just stop you from breathing, and you wouldn't be able to get away from it, something as simple as that, a simple hug could be a constriction that could literally compress your chest and airway and stop you breathing.

Computers & robots will be at a strong disadvantage for a long time yet to come because the human mind is far, far more capable of creative adaptation, which means humans will be able to identify and exploit weaknesses in robots far, far more efficiently than robots will be able to do to humans. Also, robot arms and legs, while they can be far stronger that human limbs, will not be nearly as agile (which is one beef I have with the whole Transformer movie franchise). That may not make much difference in a personal combat situation directly, but would come into play when it comes to mobility, meaning humans will be able to choose when and where to fight, which is a major, major advantage.

I can foresee a day coming when robots might be as good as claimed but that's a number of generations away. If I'm wrong, then it would only be because of the stupidification of society due to technology that makes everyone into a noodlehead making them easier prey for Terminator robots.

Robots are clearly another huge menace to modern humanoids.... but they have their fun side

I am more worried about the Deep State stealing another trillion dollars and buying a million killer robots.

They have killer robo-dogs and killer robots. The latter can run 35 mph, connect to a satellite and kill humans at a distance of one mile. And that was 2 years ago. Robo-chef can prepare 3,600 gourmet meals.

He only cooks for 2 couples at a time. 3,600 refers to the number of recipes he knows.

They have a robo-burger flipper who can make 500 burgers an hour but at first he tended to do burgers too well done.

burger flipper

My sister met her first husband at McDonald's in Chicago. He was a big jerk and would call her at all hours of the night. We slipped a matchbook cover into the ringer on the phone so we could all sleep. ;)
