Have the Treasury mint a coin with a value of the National Debt. It is very simple thing. but CONgress does not have the stones to do it.

Not so simple, I think.
They mint the coin, but that alone wouldn't cancel the debt. The coin would have to be turned over to those holding the debt, and it's also entered into circulation, meaning whomever can spend it. The coin, being legal tender, then inflates the money supply by $22 trillion dollars overnight.
Then what happens?

The Rothschild banksters own the debt via the Federal Reserve System.
Tell me how they would negotiate that coin worth $22 Trillion? Would they deposit it in a bank?
China is holding $1.1 Trillion in U.S. debt.
Holding gold (or silver) is still the best answer. Thank Richard Nixon for reinstating citizen's ability to own gold again after FDR screwed everyone. ;)

Is there anything to stop them? I don't recall ever hearing of any deposit limits on bank deposits. Granted it would require a filing to the IRS about a monetary transaction exceeding $10,000, but I wouldn't expect that to be a show stopper!

I can understand your feelings toward Lincoln since you are a Texan. And even for Wilson since he was at the helm when the Fed was sneaked under the wire just before the Christmas holidays in 1913.
Johnson, well that is another story entirely. I heard a story from his mistress on the eve of Kennedy's assassination in Dallas. ;)
