During a recent episode of Fox Nation's "Nuff Said with Tyrus," actor Isaiah Washington revealed why he decided to leave the Democratic party.

Washington, an outspoken conservative, has previously voiced support for those people who were leaving the Democratic Party over its policies.

What are the details?

Washington said that he opted to leave the Democratic Party because its politicians simply aren't doing enough for the U.S. and for the black community.

"Walking away is a sacrifice," Washington said, praising social media movement #WalkAway. "There's a risk and there's a penalty for it, but you have to walk away when it matters ... and the reason I chose to walk away from the Democratic party ... is that something doesn't feel right."

The 56-year-old actor's social media presence is rife with support for conservative agendas, including the pro-life movement and for the Second Amendment. He frequently features hashtag #WalkAway, a social media movement encouraging Democrats and liberals to "walk away" from the party. Washington has also spoken out about what he believes to be agenda-driven news coverage by mainstream media outlets such as CNN.

The former "Grey's Anatomy" actor said that he recently visited President Donald Trump at the White House to celebrate the new bipartisan prison reform bill, the First Step Act.

Washington pointed out that there are so many people — including those within the Hollywood community — who are reluctant to step up and reveal that they are also conservatives and supporters of the Republican Party.

"You got a lot of conservatives or centric libertarian-minded people that really care about other people, but they are terrified to come out of the closet and say anything that's not in line with the Democratic party," Washington insisted.

What else? Just last week, Washington lambasted his entertainment industry peers for hiding their conservatism in Hollywood.

On Twitter, he wrote, "I have a message for the Hollywood Actors DM'ing me and revealing that you're Conservatives. Don't DM me again, because you all are lame and I don't respond well to hypocrites or cowards. You're no different than the bystander that is waiting on the blood to spill from a martyr."

He will never work again in the entertainment industry. They absolutely hate anyone that sees through their lies, makes those lies public knowledge, and then leaves the Dim Plantation.

Mel Gibson is still working.

True, but Gibson is still working primarily because he had enough money to finance his own projects.

Does Washington have that kind of money?

Plus,Gibson is white and Christian,so the people that run Hollywood weren't really surprised by his statements.

On the other hand,Washington is black, and they will see HIM as a darkie that doesn't know his place, a traitor that needs to be punished. The left likes blacks, but only tame blacks they can count on to push their agenda.
