Yes I imagine this place might have been where I saw that info.

I knew a guy who was in Vietnam. He dropped out of college and a month later he got a draft notice. They sent him to Vietnam.

He told me a few stories. His unit was in the invasion of Cambodia. At night they would camp off the trail and set up claymores along the trail. He always carried extra frags.

One time an NVA patrol came thru. The guy on switch for claymores was asleep. So he starts to throw frags. He was awarded a South Vietnamese medal for killing communists but he never picked it up.

His C/O told him he did not have to go out on any missions his last 30 days. They changed C/O's and they ordered him to go out. He refused so they sent him to the brig. A black guy stuck his hand in his mashed potatoes. He stuck his fork in the black guy's hand.

When he got home he went to his room and did not come out for a month. ;)
