I'm a frequent reader of tabloids -- Enquirer, Examiner, Globe. In addition to the valuable dirt on our overlords they often bring (and endless tons of celebrity crap) they're studded with quotes like that in fine print as fillers. These fillers are the one thing that's of consistent very high quality.
