Freedom Law School Tax Evader Gets Prison Sentence

Taxes

I focus on taxes and litigation.

This article is more than 2 years old.

The right to protest may be fundamental, but tax protesters are sometimes treated differently than others. You can be called a lot of things, but in the tax world, you do not want to be called a tax protester or tax denier. Despite free speech protections, some arguments about taxes seem almost as incendiary as yelling ‘fire’ in a crowded theater.

Tax protesters or tax deniers generally voice arguments that are so extreme the IRS puts them in a special category. In IRS lingo, “frivolous” is also bad, just shy of the other “f” word, “fraudulent.” Using these F words can get expensive, and possibly even involve jail time. Remember Wesley Snipes?

Richard Thomas Grant, 63, of Point Richmond, California, was found guilty of three counts of tax evasion following a jury trial. And he has now been sentenced to 33 months in prison. In 2001, Grant stopped filing individual income tax returns and paying income taxes.

The plain facts are that I had two tax liens on me from the IRS at the court house where I lived when I drove the big truck.

I had these credit repair lawyers, Lexington Law, challenge the IRS. They could not prove I owed the tax and they were forced to withdraw the liens.

My Credit Karma used to say "2" for Public Filings. Now it says "0". The proof is in the pudding.

Luke 22:25 King James Version (KJV) 25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. 26 But ye shall not be so:

Fighting the IRS on a Constitutional/Tax Law basis is frivolous. It's a commercial situation, governed by contract law, based upon numerous agreements such as Social Security which bind the committed individual to a commercial jurisdiction that supplies a variety benefits to participants.

You are right about this, Doug.

Have you ever heard of an organization called Save-A-Patriot Fellowship?

I was a member of that organization for years. John Kotmair was the founder but he passed away back in 2017 at the age of 83.

SAPF offered you a deal so there was no fear of loss. If you lost property or money to the IRS, all you had to do was show proof of loss and you would be reimbursed in CASH by the membership.

When I was a member I would receive one or two envelopes a month for $10 to $25. Sometimes you would not get any in a given month.

It was a great way to beat the real fraudsters since the personal income tax does not apply to U.S. citizens living and working in the 50 U.S. states. But people are convinced they owe it and they pay under threat of wage garnishment, seizure of assets and threats too numerous to count.

This may sound difficult to believe, but the IRS Code is so convoluted that you need a real professional to decipher it.

Still, the national debt continues to increase. This fact exposes the biggest threat to out Liberty and financial well being, the Federal Reserve System.

END THE FED NOW! ;)

Oops, meant to direct this to All too..... Tax resistance is a big, exciting subject. The tax rats vulgarize it by reducing the Bill of Rights and numerous court rulings to "tax protest" which it then conflates with tax resistance -- two different things, just like tax avoidance and tax evasion. They know the sheeple are moronized to banality, and play on it for all it's worth.

Millions have quit paying income taxes who supposedly should -- mostly not because they're learned their right to keep their whole paycheck, but because they simply can't pay. There aren't and never will be enuff tax rats to haul them all in so the numbers are in our favor.

Your case shows how simply it can sometimes be done -- PROCEDURALLY, not stalking into court and demanidng one's 'Constitutional rights'. A friend of mine racked up $18k in CC debt. She demanded the creditor produce the original contract, which they couldn't do, and she stuck to her guns on several court processes. Then the judge ruled for her on that basis.

WE DON'T OWE THE MONEY to begin with. Got that?

WE DON'T OWE THE MONEY! WAGES ARE AN EVEN EXCHANGE FOR LABOR.... there is no 'profit' even at the highest wages mutually agreed-upon.

Oh yes -- Freedom Law School. They used to be great, then they weren't. Don't know the present status.

Oh yes, a very long time ago ! There were many similar orgs around and I observed many well intentioned patriots go to prison, lose their kids and property, and become completely ruined/demoralized by following others and not doing their own homework. I read so many well researched legal briefs related to not owing the tax, not being liable for the tax and etc., unconstitutional arguments, that all went down in flames because the Law and Constitution do not exist in the commercial environment created by the FEDERAL RESERVE ACT and associated laws related to COMMERCIAL LAW/CONTRACTS/MARITIME LAW OF THE SEA, AKA LAW MERCHANT.

Simplicity, in my view, is useful in determining one's position. The U.S. GOVT INC. is an evil monster that uses voting, paying tribute, and applying for FEDERAL permission to do things that you have a GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO DO and had this right long before the criminal U.S. Govt existed.

I have refined my arguments related to all things FEDERAL to a two word answer: FUCK YOU !

Homework is most important thing.

This is key to understanding how they have roped us all into the scheme of commerce. Simply using the FRNs is not enough. You must be writing checks and using credit cards or other forms of their commercial paper. It is a grand scheme for defrauding the people of their rights. ;)
