That in no way appears to be a Nazi tatoo. The over all shape is more remenicient of the WWI German insignia, if even that, which of course predates Nazis. It's not clear the swastika is embedded in the tatoo as it is with the illustration.

These photos were released with an obvious intent to smear and destroy the career of the woman, which may or may not be deserved. But the motive is certainly either due to personal or ideological objections.

I've no idea of this woman's politics and can only infer her general beliefs from her agenda.
