Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 86, was too ill to show up to court on Wednesday.
RBG was not on the bench and missed oral arguments and according to a court spox, she was home with a stomach virus.

The Founding Fathers made two major errors in their deliberations that lasted for six long months.
One...They rejected term limits...as they considered that no person would want to serve for a lifetime as elected person....HOW WRONG THEY WERE.
Two...Lifetime appointments to Supreme Court...Little did they understand two things...Far two many people would RATHER DIE BEFORE GIVING UP POWER... PLUS THE LIFE EXPECTANCY AT THE TIME WAS LESS THAN 40 YEARS. No senile self serving political hacks.

The whole problem with that is bank robbers do no honor the law. They are robbers and clearly do not give a whit about the law.
This is why we have courts and judges and prosecutors to make sure these bums are charged, tried and convicted in a court of law. ;)

Supreme Court Justices are NOT appointed for life, only for a term of "good behavior".
Lots of bad behavior has gone on over the years, but none have been removed yet.

Correct...
Chase was impeached but Senate saved him.
Bad behavior is bad barometer in politics.
Age limits as they all seem to want to die being Queens or Kings or whatever.
Marshall use to be carried in on a stretcher, so much for bad behavior.
