Soros is a Rothschild agent. Rothschild owns the US government. Obama had 2 women (including Susan Rice) who advocated soft power. That was Color Revolutions. The US was behind the revolts in Iran and Libya probably Egypt as well. Al Qaeda and ISIS work for the US.
