Over the next few years, I expect a stock market crash (or two), an inflation that at least doubles prices ( and might continue on after that), nationwide food riots (that would destroy lots of real estate values) and a Civil War that will shorten lots of life spans.

Default, massive stock market declines, Hyperinflation, real estate collapse, the destruction of property values after the Nationwide Food Riots turn into Race Riots with burning cities everywhere means to me that the Boomers will get the shaft if they don't get their money really soon.
