How is it smuggling oil when it's oil from Syrian held oil fields to other locations within Syria? Is Syria violating sanctions by shipping oil to itself?

The US cannot take on Iran. Iranians have Mach 14 IRBM missiles. They also have unstoppable 800 mile range cruise missiles. And lots of drones capable of firing 500 pound guided bombs or 8 rockets.
