Amanda Prestagiacomo from The Daily Wire reports, On Wednesday, prominent filmmaker Ron Howard ripped into President Donald Trump, explaining that folks in Hollywood hate the president because they see that he is a “self-serving, dishonest, morally bankrupt ego maniac,” unlike the rubes in Middle America supporting the president.

I see where Opie gripes that Trump only cares about his bank account. Maybe that is why Trump refused to accept his pay and has donated it to Dept of Veterans Affairs, the whole $400,000.

What a horrible time when Opie grows up to be a Hollywood scoundrel (according to the one tweet), Tromp is a total POS, gliberal Opie speaks some needed truths about Tromp but gets shot down by should-be conservs who should and prolly do know better but understandably feel obligated to answer Opie back since he is so beloved and influential.

Through it all Howard talks and wears his guileless aw-shucks grin as if he still IS Opie. I don't know a think about his movies but since they're hits in post-1970 Hollywood they must be evil.

The ideal: real life mirrors 1960s country sitcoms through all eternity, presidents and performers are real people with real, normal thoughts in their heads and even Camden is as safe as Mayberry. All culture goes back to 1950 and stays there, minus the warmongering.
