We picked up a zero degree load of frozen chickens at the underground storage facility here in SW Missouri. You had to have the reefer running and cooled down or they would not load you.
We took that load to the docks in Miami. They put it on a boat and sent it to Puerto Rico. You know the reefer was working when you open the doors and the fog comes rolling out.
Independence for Puerto Rico? What are they going to use as money and how will they produce things for export and balance their trade?

Congressional Limits is a looong overdue common sense item the President ought to propose. As you both know, the Founders never intended our legislative Reps to be Life-Time appointments/occupations.
An age/wellness check up for the Supremes (cough, Bader-Ginsburg) is another common-sense proposal....
But here's the potential SNAFU with that one -- and I think you'd agree -- Since Democrats are nothing but insane-anarchists, they can't be trusted ever again to respect the SCOTUS or act accordingly. They would invariably abuse the "Age-Wellness check-up" process to suit their own political expediency.
