It's nice work if you can get it.
One of my neighbors got a new landlord. It seems he used to go to school with the guy. He told me his rent is being jacked up from $350 to $525. He lives in a nice house not far from me.
He is planning on moving up to Scottsdale which is quite a distance away near where I used to live in the group home.
I told him it is a long walk to the liquor store from there.
He gave me the #1 sign. LOL

A bus driver in California makes $25,000 a year but still is forced to sleep in his van because he cannot afford the rent out there. He uses pubic rest rooms and showers and cooks in his van. Some people even rent out their garages and have had them renovated into studio apartments. ;)
