More likely is that it originated in the US at DARPA and released there to blame them. The US is reeling under the burden of Unpayable Debts created by the FED. And we have no means of competing with China's New Silk Road initiative. The Chinese invested $100 billion in Africa. What did we do? Chinese eat weird crap. The Chinese government cracked down on people with cooking shows and them tell their audience eating bats was not good. Navajo eat skunks. They say it tasted OK but you have to know how to de-skumk it. I am not sure how this virus will work out.
