The Supreme Court has a role to play in the impeachment hoax.

One Justice overstepped their authority.

And you won’t believe which Supreme Court Justice is about to get fired.

For the second day in a row Kentucky Senator Rand Paul submitted a question to both the President’s lawyers and the House Impeachment Managers asking if they knew about Obama holdovers on the National Security Council Eric Ciaramella and Shawn Misko discussing impeaching President Trump back in 2017.

Misko now works for Adam Schiff on the House Intelligence Committee and many in Washington, D.C. believe that Ciaramella is the alleged whistleblower.

Senator Paul’s questions read:

To the Manager Schiff and counsel for the President:

Manager Schiff and Counsel for the President, are you aware that House Intelligence Committee staffer Shawn Misko had a close relationship with Eric Ciaramella when at the National Security Council together, and are you aware and how do you respond to reports that Ciaramella and Misko may have worked together to plot impeaching the President before there were formal House impeachment proceedings?”

For the second day in a row Chief Justice John Roberts refused to read Paul’s question.

Reading Ciaramella’s name out loud did not violate any laws.

And if it is true that Adam Schiff does not know who the whistleblower is, there is no harm in Roberts reading Paul’s question.

Instead Roberts refused to read Paul’s question.

That led to cries from conservatives that it should Roberts who is in fact impeached and removed from his position.

Roberts’ job is be a neutral judge presiding over the impeachment trial.

The Chief Justice is anything but.

To the contrary, the President’s lawyers are attempting to win acquittal when the presiding judge refuses to allow information into the record that could help prove the President’s innocence.

I'm not sure if or how a Supreme Court justice can be removed from office. They serve as long as they have "good behavior". If they have been bribed or extorted, that should mean removal from office and Justice Roberts has been suspected of it when he changed his Obamacare vote at the last minute.

Don't know if anyone has the courage to investigate the charge; but if it were proved, he should be removed from the bench.

They were giving it to Roberts and his wife since they adopted two children of Irish descent. As if they should have adopted minorities. :-/

Not quite. Ireland prohibits its children from being adopted by foreigners and the Roberts did a bit of illegal finagling to get the babies out of Ireland.

Justice Fortas was removed. Sotomayor was confirmed despite overwhelming evidence that she conspired to hide money when she was a bankruptcy court judge. She has a Jewish mother and is Hispanic.

He cast the deciding vote that made Obamacare a tax.

One guy I used to work with had to quit his job or he couldn't get his meds. I saw him recently at the Dollar store. I asked, "You know now Obamacare was defunded? Are you coming back to work?" He said, "Nope." :-/
